EVENT START TIME (West Jetty – Fontein) :  Saturday – 09H00 (West Jetty – Fontein) – Race Briefing: 08H30 – 08H45
DISTANCES :

• Swim: 1200m –  (Strava Map Link: Swim)
  • Transition Run from swim exit: 800m (Strava Map Link: Transition Run)
• Cycle: 30km (2 x 14km laps) – (Strava Map Link: Cycle)
• Run: 10km – (Strava Map Link: Run)
  

TRANSITION SET-UP TIMES : 07H00 – 08H20 (Lappies Bay)

PARKING: Available at Start & Finish/Transition Area

Rules

• During the swimming leg, swimmers must wear bright coloured swimming caps.
• Cyclists must wear cycling helmets,
• Cyclists take note:  There are no road closures, obey all traffic rules and take care of normal road traffic
• TSA Sanctioned Event – if athlete is not in possession of a valid TSA license, then needs to buy a TSA Temp License (R50)
• PLEASE remember Triathlon Race Belt
